Photography Policies
Photographers must submit at least one gallery per issue. Additionally, they must submit at least one gallery for the blog and/or socials per month.
Galleries may include artist portraits and/or live concert photos. If a photographer wishes to cover something else, please refer to Megan before doing so.
Zine galleries (including extra shots from the same session) must remain unpublished from any social media, websites, etc. until the issue is released for regular orders. This is to ensure that zine purchasers are receiving new and previously unpublished content.
One teaser photo (chosen by photographer) will be released for zine galleries; the teaser may be posted to personal accounts.
Galleries for the blog/socials may be posted on personal accounts after they are submitted to the Ease Up Google Drive.
Galleries for the zine must be taken within the three months prior to the issue’s release date so that they remain relevant.
Galleries for the blog/socials must be submitted to the Drive within three weeks of the time the photos were taken.
If you have any issues with any of these policies, please reach out to either Livie, Megan, or Ally so we can resolve them. Thank you, and we’re glad to have you as part of the team! :)
